After tha Storm (Hamburg)

Storm clouds pass over the St Katharinen Church in Hamburg. Founded around 1250, it is one of the city's five principal Lutheran churches and holds the title of the oldest preserved building in Hamburg. Also known as the "mariners' church," it was built on marshy land supported by 1,100 larch tree trunks and features a distinctive 115-meter copper-and-gold spire.
