The Frauenkirche (Munich)

Description

One of the few things I remember from my German textbook in the 8th grade was that the towers of the Frauenkirche are referred to as the "Zwiebeltürme", given that the tower tops look like onions (in German, zwiebel). And then there is the legend of the "Devil's Footprint" (Teufelstritt), a dark mark at the entrance where the devil supposedly stomped in anger after being tricked by the architect.
