St. Giles Cathedral (Edinburgh)

Despite its name, it's the High Kirk of Edinburgh, not a proper cathedral, as it's served by a Minister, not a Bishop. The famed Scottish Reformer John Knox preached here, and his grave is believed to be in the nearby car park.
