Buddhist Shrine (Aurangabad)

The Buddhist cave temple complex close to Aurangabd is full of individual shrines to the Buddha. There are 12 rock-cut Buddhist shrines carved between the 3rd and 7th centuries CE serving as monasteries and sanctuaries.
