Burdened by a Raindrop (Mainau)

Taken after a brief shower on the garden-island of Mainau in Lake Constance (Bodensee). Fragility is Nature is relative - a raindrop hangs on to one of the petals of this bud. As Rumi wrote, "You have to keep breaking your heart until it opens.". Instead of hardening against pain, let it expand our capacity for compassion and wisdom.
