The Lighthouse (Lindau)

Completed in 1856, the Lindau Lighthouse sits on Lake Constance (Bodensee) and is Germany's southernmost lighthouse. Surprisingly, it is also the only lighthouse in all of Bavaria. Normally you won't see clocks on a lighthouse, but this one has - it was put in place by the local railway authorities so that passengers at the nearby railway station can check the time easily.
